Can play online but can't browse, need help

My computer is directly connected through the modem. Either most of my post didn't actually work or I just can't see it on my phone.
Short version:
Can play games online.
Can't browse any Internet
Firewall is not blocking the browsers
No security system blocking anything
Windows 7 x64
Can also use Skype with no problems
