Corsair K70 Blue switches is probably the best out right now, and The Ducky Shine 3 with blue switches is also amazing, I have one. :)

Any of the major manufacturers like Asus, Thermaltake, Razer, Corsair, etc. have pretty cheap components. If you really want quality, you'll want to buy Ducky, Filco, Code, Vortex, Das, etc.

A lot of it is really preference, because Cherry is pretty standard. A tenkeyless does narrow it down, and then you want to look at build quality, appearances, software, and reviews. CoolerMaster has some good tenkeyless models, TTEsports has the Poseidon ZX, but Corsair and Razer don't have tenkeyless with Cherry Blue.

Go for the tenkeyless Ducky Shine 3! It's exactly what I have. You can get whichever LED colour you'd like, and the ones on the spacebar are customisable. I normally get suspicious when people recommend what they use, but I love mine. Got red LEDs and mx blue switches. :)

I absolutely love my Ducky Shine III as well. If you want backlighting, that is the way to go.

Mechanicalkeyboards.com or NCIX.com.

Go here to look for the cheapest and for specifics like LED color: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/keyboard/#m=276

I'd suggest white. While it may seem kind of plain, it will work much better in the long run if you decide to do any kind of modding. For example, using a rainbow keycap set:

Or you can change the light colors with these:

Those LED covers are actually really awesome, and they look like they'd work for my keyboard too, so thank you. The Ducky Shine III is a really nice keyboard, they focus on making the best keyboard possible rather than the "coolest" one possible, so you're guaranteed a really high quality item. Definitely a good suggestion.

Ohhhh man. I wish I got white rather than red. Regrets, regrets.

You could probably make purple with blue ones. Or you'd just end up dimming the redness.
