You can see here that 5760x1080p runs about 30 FPS with one card.

That resolution is 3K, so 4K is going to be even harder to run.
I would suggest Xfire 290x to even attempt 4K.

No chance of running BF4 on ultra 4k. My 280x CF runs BF4 on ultra 4k with MSaa dialled to 2X and get between 35 and 55 fps. If I were to built a new rig, I would go for 290 CF as it would be the most cost effective option with the 290x being much more ex than the 290.
