Even though I completely disagree with going AMD, I have to say that the AMD the build would have better performance. But it would only pull ahead in multiple core application, and just using multiple programs at once. The G3258 is going to have better single core performance. Which means it will probably play minecraft with a slightly, slightly higher FPS (<7).
If these are the only builds that you could possible have, at all, I'd have to say just go with the Intel one for upgrading in the future. Both builds are not going to last you long, so you might as well have some room to upgrade in the future.
With the AMD build, its using an older socket, so even if you were wanting to upgrade the CPU in the future, you would really never be getting a better one, since that CPU is already just about as good as the best for that socket. And the CPU is older, and can't handle any graphics card better than an GTX 750 Ti/R9-270 (because of bottlenecking).
For the Intel build, it has the newest socket for Intel, so you will have tons of room to upgrade the CPU in the future.
Now, I noticed an huge issue with both builds. The PSU, is just about the worst PSU you could possible get. They will probably come broken, or will break within 3-6 months of using the machine. And its not just like the PSU is going to die by itself, its going to fry everything first, then explode. So you will also be hurting the rest of your system (maybe having to replace the parts in the future).
I'm coming back with my recommended build in a few minutes.
