I am in need of a new computer for gaming and i went looking around on best buy because it's close to my house and i came up with 2 pcs i liked. Could anyone tell me which one of these would be best for me for gaming online? And do they have alright specs for price?

They are not 'bad' as far as a general pc goes, they are not really 'good' either as far as a gaming pc goes. Think about it this way. Ibuypower has to make a profit on parts and labor to build, so tjey use the absolute cheapest parts they can reasonably get away with using. Bestbuy also has to make a profit, the pc is taking up shelf space and someone has to sell it. So what you end up with is a $600-$700 pc you paid $900-$1000 for that is kinda underpowered for a gaming pc. The best part on those pc's is the NZXT phantom case.

For $100 more, you can get all top quality parts, 256Gb SSD, excellent powersupply, the top performing i5 overclockable cpu and a gpu that will blow the doors off either one of those builds while remaining very cool under load conditions with a very good cpu cooler.

All that for the expense of learning how to build your own pc and a week or 2 for the parts to ship.
