Hello, ive got a laptop and im trying to run Planetside 2 on it but i only get around 10 fps on high graphics settings in an empty no person landscape, heres my specs
4th Generation Intel Core i7-4700MQ Processor (2.40GHz 1600MHz 6MB)
- Operating system
Windows 8.1 64
- Display
14.0" HD+ Glossy LED Backlit with integrated camera (1600x900)
- Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce GT755M GDDR5 2GB
- Memory
12.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600 MHz
- Hard Drive
1TB 5400 RPM+24GB SSD
- Optical Drive
DVD Recordable (Dual Layer)
- Network Card
IntelĀ® Wireless-N 7260 (802.11bgn)
- Bluetooth
Bluetooth Version 4.0
- Warranty
One year
- Pointing device
Industry Standard Multi-touch 2 button touchpad
- Battery
6 Cell 62 Watt Hour Lithium-Ion
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Should I be getting more fps with these specs. I have optimised with Geforce Experience and its on the settings it gave me.
Is this normal lag or not, I can play other games fine (minecraft, plants vs zombies garden warfare).
if its not normal how could I fix it.

Thanks!

Sometimes geforce experience settings are messed up . Try changing the settings manually.

If my games start running slower I run Malwarebytes and spybot just to be sure and most of the time I find more than a few creepers on my system thanks to an 11 yrl old who loves flash games.

Once I actully found a Bit coin miner program took control....lol.

Oh I shut down spybot and anything else trying to scan or update while I play with the old ctrl+alt+delete task manager.
