Solution
Download the latest drivers for your Graphics Card from Nvidia's website.

Ensure your previous drivers have been completely uninstalled from your system by going to Control Panel > System > Device Manager > Display Adapters > Right-Click your Graphics Card > Select 'Properties' > Click 'Drivers' Tab > Select 'Uninstall'.

Reboot your system and install the drivers you downloaded.
