Before you begin reading you may want to check out my computer specs underneath my post.

Hello, my name is Philip and I have recently built a new desktop computer for the first time after my old laptop (which I am writing this thread on) has already been decaying for a good few months. I believe I have installed all my hardware and plugged everything in correctly because when I boot up the computer, everything runs in good shape. The real problem is when I am actually done installing windows (windows 7 ultimate) and it gets to more specific things like my Graphics Card and Sound. After installing driver hardware for the motherboard and graphics card, the computer still runs very slowly; it takes a good 5 seconds to load up Google, and even longer to completely load the front page of Youtube (maybe 15 seconds) not to mention I can't play 1080p videos without constant Video and Audio stutter also, games that I have attempted to run perform very poorly in terms of Loading times and FPS (I have attempted playing Minecraft and The Sims 2 so far because they were two games I could install/download quickly). The FPS in Minecraft won't go over 100 and constantly spikes down to 20 fps up to only about 50 whenever I begin doing anything more than walking around and at times I can't even render the map. In the Sims, the game just lags when I move around, moving the screen stutters and I just can't play it. When I check my hardware with programs it appears to work just fine, but when I try doing anything even a little bit taxing, it slows down to an extreme point. As a side note, I am also not planning on overclocking the system.

Another problem I had was with audio, I have not yet looked as extensively into this problem, but whenever I attempt to click on the volume icon, it pops up for a millisecond then minimizes back into the icon and there is a red circle with a white X on it and says that audio devices are turned off, when I try restarting my audio devices, the process repeats once the volume control icon shows up, this is a more minor problem, but any help would still be appreciated

Thank you for reading all of this, I hope it makes sense and I hope you all can help me with my problem. -Philip

Last note: I have not yet tried some hardware changes other than a hard drive replacement, but I will update the thread if I find anything new.

I've done the CCleaner, but now I'm onto the malwarebytes.
I only see Threat Scan, Custom Scan, and Hyper Scan, and also I run malwarebytes from safe mode? So I have to restart the computer and start it in safe mode?

I don't think there is an upload button for text files, so I copy pasted it, hopefully this is adequate.

I can just uninstall from control panel then.

edit: Couldn't find them in the control panel add/remove list, so I am kind of lost now.

Actually, after some more hardware changes, I've found out my computer speed had nothing to do with software, it was just a faulty motherboard. Thanks for all your help though! Have a good day.
