is processer overclocking depende upon .. the limits of processer and temperature or if it is provided with cool nees can it overclock as much we can ??

Solution
Yea I think I get your question. You have limits in an overclock. Thermal limits (temperature ) is one. The CPU and the motherboard both have a max temp (depends on your parts). Also the motherboard and power supply can limit your overclock because they can only supply X amount of voltage .

With unlimited voltage and unlimited cooling essentially the rest of the factors are in the CPU chip silicon quality

No overclocking is not something you have to do, but if you got a "K" processor you got the option to overclock, but make sure that your motherboard supports overclocking too. As you probably already know, overclocking your CPU will give out more heat and it will reduce its lifespan (this works the same way with other components too, not just the CPU). The higher you overclock the more heat will be produce so get a good heat sink or an AIO closed looped liquid cooler (or do your own custom loop). Is this what you're trying to find out?
