My budgets something like this: Best Bang for buck/for power/for form factor :p

What's the best possible build in a ps4-like form factor and max $800

I thought going with an A10 would do this...

Bit bigger than a PS4 but still pretty compact and allows a powerful GPU

Sticking with the smallest form factor for performance then an apu is the only way to go when you have a case as small as this Antec. The A10 7800 wasn't available on pcpartpicker yet so I put the 7850k but the lower tdp of the 7800 would be better in this build.

You'll only be able to play new games on low settings with this build though....
