I just built a new computer and play a lot of League of legends.
I It feels horrible to play this game when i move back and forth it freezes for a sec and then shows me turned around. as well as the minions and other players seem to freeze for me and then a sec later it shows me were they are.
When i first got my new comp i was getting 500 to 600 fps standing now i get like 400.
I also know it is not the latency as i check it often.
As well it does not seem to be the game its self to my knowledge.
