You don't really need 16GB for gaming unless you doing something crazy.
R9 290 is for Ultra settings. Sapphire Vapor X is my recommendation but the Trix is still good. You don't really need to overclock it if using a single 1080p monitor.

Thanks! I know you don't need 16 gigs but I don't want to get 8 just because I want the ability in the further to upgrade to 32, Im talking about in like 5-10 years (I don't really know but I think in the further games are going to need more and moat RAM and I want this build future proof). So if I want to run some new games ( Assassins Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, Batman Arkham Knight, and others) witch should you go for, Im going with 2 monitors. Thanks!

No not many games need more than 8GB. It depends on the resolution of the two monitors. If you try to play games on two monitors, i wouldn't really try it but a R9 290. You might want R9 290 crossfire to run games with two monitors.
If you using one monitor for games and one for browsing, a R9 290 is fine for that.
In 5-10 years, i really doubt you would reach 16GB ram let alone 32GB for normal gaming.
