Is tx3 evo is good compared to intel stock cooler as i want to know that it can have much affect on temperature compared to intel stock cooler which has been provided with the i5 3450.
please don't recommend me any other cooler. as i want to know that it can reduce the temperature from 5c to 10c compared to intel stock cooler

The Intel cooler should do it as you are not overclocking. So an aftermarket cooler isn't required.

My cpu temerature goes to 70c during gaming and on idle it is 45c

Currently i have a intel stock cooler Combined with a regular E5300 Pentium Dual Core rated at 2.6Ghz

I overclocked to 3.5Ghz wich i'm currently using right now & the only thing i've been struggling with is the amount of coolpaste you get with a intel stock cooler. I got a stable 75-80Degrees , wich was way to much for me , so i bought a new coolingpaste and i'm getting a good fine 45 degrees right now :)
