i'm using acer's laptop which is windows vista. when the last day i'm using my laptop, it suddenly make a loud noise and appears black screen. then i forced it to shut down. the next day when i tried to start it up again, it appears "acer" but after then, it only appears black screen. after a long time, it automatically shut down and restart doing the same thing again. do please help me fix this.
