Gigabyte Z97P D3 vs Gigabyte Z87 D3HP Overclocking

If you have a Haswell Refresh CPU then get the Z97. But both are suitable for overclocking are in fact pretty great for the price. Just tell me the CPU you have or plan to get then I will see what's the best.

the CPU will depend on the chipset, but the price differnce between the 4670k an 90K is qutie abit right now.

But that's the thing, the Z87 Chipset at the same price has alot more stuff on it that I want, what CPU I have out of the 2, it doesn't matter to me. I only one a mild Overclock.
I never asked what CPU I should buy, I want to know which motherboard out of those 2 will be better for OCing the same CPU.

I'm going to watercool my 3.9ghz max turbo cpu (i5-4690k). Which will overclock it. Please help. I have tons of questions
