Is this a good motherboard - Pro's Cons please

I am getting this motherboard from amazon - Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H

There are practically no reviews for this Motherboard yet. I was just hoping that should I go for it. As its a very cheap Z97 Motherboard (160$) and I have a core i7 4790k (not installed yet) so this would be compatible with it.

I just have this weird feeling that why if it priced is so low than the other gaming Z97 Motherboards, it might have something wrong in it which I couldn't find. Because there is practically everything you need.

Can anyone please tell me the Pro's and Con's from your perspective. Just for the sake of some peace of mind.

Update - I wont be needing a better sound card here as I have the volume down (pretty much zero at times) as I don't do much gaming or multimedia here. Its the TV I go for that.

Solution
I can't give direct experience with that model of Motherboard but I am currently running its precursor the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H.

I can comfortably say I'm very satisfied with this Motherboard, it hasn't given me any problems, has ample power connectors for all the fans and USB ports I've attached and features good peripheral connectivity.

The only minor gripe I have is that the built-in soundcard is somewhat average, but that's always the case with Motherboards and a third-party sound card is mandatory for anyone who uses their PC for music software.

I can't easily see the downsides to the board.
Although there are cheap Z97 motherboards for overclocking. But you want a motherboard that does what you want to do— which is overclocking. So I would go for a higher end motherboard. Like the Z97-A or anything above $200 is preferable. For the i7-4790K or any unlocked CPU, I would recommended the Asus Maximus Hero VII. This motherboard goes hand in hand with almost any CPU and has great features and excellent integrated sound.
