i have like 4000 l.e for the gpu
i can get SAPPHIRE R9 290X 4GB GDDR5 Battlefield 4 Version for 4150 l.e
http://www.egprices.com/en/product/sapphire-r9-290x-4gb-gddr5-battlefield-4-version-maximum-hardware
or ASUS Geforce GTX 780 DCU II OC 3GB GDDR5 for 4200 l.e !!
http://www.egprices.com/en/product.php?id=26659
well , r9 290x is better than gtx 780 for sure , it's compared to gtx 780 ti
and more memory which will be usefull in future but it's just like the stock card
no oc , no cooling system and i have found alot of problems like auto restart and blue screens
in the r9 290x ..
so should i buy the gtx 780 for the cooling and oc and to make sure i won't face any problems ?
p.s i will play in 900p monitor for 3 months or more until i buy 1080p one ...
thx , and sorry for lots of talking

Solution
mostly 290x blackscreen issues happens with elpida memory and drivers issue..
the suggested driver is 13.2..
For vram memory, get the hynix one..

then you'll be fine..

Splendid
both of those cards are a bit of an overkill for a single 1080p monitor. You could look into custom 290s instead, it seems you could get a MSI Radeon R9 290 Gaming 4GB GDDR5 for 3450 l.e...
The stock cooler is rather bad on the 290(x) cards, especially for a warm climate...

Stock card r9 290x..?
Why...??

well..if you compare gtx780 DCU II and stock cooling 290x, get the 780..
stock cooling 290x is (very) hot, noisy and too much throttle..

but, if you can add more your budget, get the tri-x version.. (http://www.egprices.com/en/product/sapphire-tri-x-r9-290x-4gb-gddr5-maximum-hardware)

or just get the tri-x 290
give you equal horse power like 780, but at lower price.. (http://www.egprices.com/en/product/sapphire-tri-x-r9-290-4gb-gddr5-maximum-hardware)

I've been using the R9 290X almost since it was released. No problems whatsoever, and the best performance I've seen on any card I've ever used!
