R9 270 would be a great choice. Upgrade your RAM to 8gb. If you don't have the money now, R9 270 should be the first one you need to buy.

The R9 270 will be the better performer out of those models with the HD 7850 pulling right behind it. I have two 7850s in Crossfire right now in one of my builds and they work like a charm for most things. Granted I have my two GTX 780ti Classifieds in SLI in my other build as well.

Now being as you didn't mention how much is in your budget, I can't give you really accurate advice for your situation. However, if you don't want to upgrade GPU later then the R9 270 will be your best bet.

Now on the RAM side, you should at least have 8GB installed. This is just to make life easier. But keep in mind that if you purchase another stick of 4GB to make a total of 8GB in your system. The latest stick is not guaranteed to work with the older one you already have. This is why manufacturers charge more for the packages of 2 and 4 sticks. The manufacturer has gone through all the sticks in the package and made sure that they work well together and have no issues. Whereas, you might have to adjust timings and all that stuff if you buy the separate stick by itself. Now then you might get lucky as well and they work perfectly fine together and what I said makes no difference too.

I recommend letting us know what your budget is and then we can help you further.

More RAM would be nice, but only if you are running a 64 bit OS. A 32 bit OS can only see about 3.2 GB of RAM.

That RAM is good, but more is better if running x64 OS. Powercolor is a pretty good make. On the AMD side I prefer HIS Digital or Asus for my GPUs. I prefer Nvidia more so. Although, their prices are higher.

I don't believe in skimping on the GPU since you can get RAM way easier. But, if your set on getting the RAM at the same time because you absolutely need it now then thats fine. I still recommend the R9 270, Don't get the 750ti, they're power saver cards and don't do well with mid to high graphics. And do not get refurbished hardware unless your ok with possibly throwing money away. Make sure it has a good warranty otherwise. The 7770 isn't a bad card either and runs most games just fine at mid to high graphics.

the R7 265 2GB is ever so slightly better than the GTX 750ti and will not compare to the R9 270. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for for the most part when it comes to the low to high-mid range GPUs. High end GPUs are way different. I still recommend the R9 270 over all the options you've mentioned. Brand is based on what warranties and perks do you want. Or if one brand has more VRAM than the others, that might also be a selling point. you should be fine with your PSU. And what is your budget for the future CPU?
