Help! I'm kinda worried about my system inbalance. I bought an Asus m5a97 motherboard that supports the FX 8350 or 8320. I didn't buy the cpu yet and the gpu (Evee Nvidia 750ti Super clocked). I heard this was an imbalance and need help. This is my first build and the gpu is quite amazing for its price since its a budget build. Do any of you guys have an idea of what other cpu I can use that can support the Asus motherboard that isn't so out of balance? I am thinking of buying the FX 8320

If you are mainly gaming, the 6300 & a better GPU will be best value/performance. Unless you are using heavy threaded programs, the 8320 & 8350 have little advantage.

The Nvidia will work just as well as the AMD Cards. I actually prefer Nvidia & have used them since the TNT2.

Ah so then I will keep the Nvidia card but switch the cpu to the AMD 6300 series :D  or 6350 but 6300 is enough XD is it compatible with this motherboard?

CPU brand vs GPU brand, makes no difference at all.

the 750Ti is a decent mid level card. for $20 less you can get a R7 260X which performs a bit better. for now either one will work until you can get a better one.
