It will all work together, however, I recommend that you get a better video card. Video cards and CPUs will be the bigger portions of you budget. Your CPU is a good cost effective item and should do well for a while for the cost. If you go Nvidia GPUs I only recommend the GTX series cards as they are more up-to-date and handle better (some will cost more). If you prefer AMD GPUs then the R7 series or the 7xxx series will be better on your wallet for the performance gains you will have over the one you currently have selected. For example, the R7 260X is going for about $130.00 USD and its a very decent card and beats any card in the Nvidia GT line hands down.

With that hard drive, you have to download the latest drivers from Seagate for it to run. That specific model number is just the blank drive and nothing done to it. If you get the same hard drive in the Kit version, you will not have to worry about drivers. The "DM" in the model number means NOT KIT.

The most current model of the 1TB Kit Drives from Seagate is this: ST310005N1A1AS-RK

The Barracuda drives are good ones and last a long while. The newer versions, unfortunately, are not called Barracuda any longer. But, they are still really good.
