Hey guys, I'm having issues with my drivers. Any device previously connected will work, like my My Book external harddrive, and prior to uninstalling the driver to test it, my wireless mouse(trackpad life again...). I found this out recently when I bought a razer Tartarus. It's a gaming keypad. Now, i tested the USB ports with 5 items.

-Logitech Wireless Mouse: LZ022BH
-My Book External HDD: 4TB
-Samsung S3: SCH-R530m
-Apple iPhone 5: Sprint

and the one who started this all

Razer Tartarus

My computer can still recognize and use devices with drivers already installed on the laptop, but cannot install the new ones.

When I go to msinfo32 and look at Components - Problem Devices, these come up

Not Available USB\VID_8087&PID_0024\5&131BCD0B&0&1 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Not Available USB\VID_8087&PID_0024\5&4326FDD&0&1 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Razer Tartarus USB\VID_1532&PID_0201\5&731B15A&0&1 The drivers for this device are not installed.

USB Receiver USB\VID_046D&PID_C51B\5&731B15A&0&2 The drivers for this device are not installed.

I already tried uninstalling the attempted driver installs from Device Manager and the going to Action- Scan for hardware changes

Nothing has been resolved, I am waiting for a way to fix this. I got the Tartarus to play League of Legends, thought it'd be fun to not be messing up my wrist having it at the uncomfortable angle of a laptop gaming position, and now since I uninstalled the wireless mouse and it won't reinstall the driver(Doh!) now I can't even play(Hate playing with track pad)

I would very much appreciate any help! Thanks to all who contribute!

I have no idea what that is, also I tried using the Tartarus on my girlfriends laptop and installed on first attempt and I configured the entire layout. So it's something to do with the drivers. And If I try to only download the driver I'm sent to the synapse 2.0 download, but that won't work unless the driver is installed to read the Tartarus, so I'm stuck in an infinite loop of wtf

I'll look up what that is btw but I'm sure I didn't uninstall it
