I recently installed a new GT 620 in to my new PC, but when I boot the PC up, there is no signal on the monitor. The PC itself works fine without it. I can't install the drivers that came on the disk until I install the GPU in the motherboard though. How would I fix this problem?

You don't need drivers for a card to be recognized and produce a display. Drivers are only for performance and features once you are in Windows.
Are you remembering to move your monitor's video cable from the on-board video port to the card's video port?
Do you have an OEM PC by any chance... like an HP or Gateway?
