IS their any way to have two sets of keyboards and mouses bound to different monitors. Sometimes my kid want to play mine craft while i'm working , and i was wondering if it is possible for him to use a separate pair of keyboard and mouse to play a game on one monitor while i work on the other monitor.

Yes it's possible, but not with desktop Windows. Microsoft wants you to buy the server version of Windows if you want more than one person to use the computer at a time.

There is nothing preventing a single computer from controlling multiple monitors/input devices. Only convention and (in Microsoft's case) licensing costs keep people from doing it. Linux and Unix have been able to do it since the 1990s (though setup can be a bit tricky because it's so rare).

Typically softxpand is mentioned but I haven't done it myself. This does work on a normal windows os. You can also do it with vms, linux, unix, ncomputing, windows multipoint, or terminal services. I might be missing some ways. A couple of those can be done on windows as well.
