Hey guys, so after revising my build quite a few times, I came up with this one. It is $1000. If there is any way I can decrease that, please tell me. With this build im thinking of playing games like Maplestory, Maplestory 2, Dragon Nest, Tera, League of Legends, Diablo, and so on. How much FPS would I get from this build? Also, when is the best time to buy this computer? Should I wait one or two months, hoping that the price might drop? Should I buy it right now?

Also, unless you're strict about having absolutely perfect graphics in your games, you don't entirely need the video card. The CPU has integrated graphics and can run high demand games on medium settings without any problems, maybe ever higher, I haven't tested it on my rig.

with the games you want to play your budget shouldn't be over $400. Unless you interested in playing demanding games like BF4, MLL or Crysis 3. Even this http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ is overkill for what you want to do.

I just want to be ready for the next four or five years. I might try out those games but i'm not sure. Also, I want to play the games I listed at a steady 80 to 120 FPS. If you have any better build, please tell me.

The build I listed should keep you in that 80-120 range in the games you listed and should be good for the next 4-5 years considering it is essentially a xbone.
With the build you listed you would be getting ~300fps in the games you listed.
