Which heatsink is better?

The only difference is one says dell or some other OEM on it.
Neither will increase performance over the other. To get a worthwhile upgrade you need to get a larger heatsink, not one of similar size, such as the 212+ or EVO for comparison.

I dont know what you are trying to say but if you have a choice to buy the intel one or the dell one get the intel, if you already have the dell heatsink just use that and dont upgrade.
