Wanted to stay away from seagate as I've had them fail on a few friends of mine but never a WD. Was also thining about downgrading the case to possibly a Corsair 300R. As for GPU I wanted to be able to utilize Phys X so I want to stay Nvidia. Hopefully the 780's will drop in price when the 800 series comes out.

If you don't ant Seagate you can use the WD Blue.
About the GPU, if you want Nvidia that one is a good option.
About the case, yeah the 300R isn't a bad choice, but there are others like these:
