How good is ASRock h81m-dgs

How good is h81m-dgs for overclocking. I think it might be okay with the pentium g3258 but what about other processors like the 4690k and 4790k

It is not designed for OC'ing. The G3258 will be fine, but not the bigger processors.
Poor phase power, no heat sinks over the VRMs, and lower quality capacitors and other components.
