Will my memory hinder the performance of my new gaming rig?

Hey guys!

On PCPartPicker I was adding all the parts I was going to order from Amazon to my list, when this message popped up

"The Kingston Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum."

Is this a bad thing? And my main question is, will this hinder the performance of my desktop?

Thanks!

Solution
With Haswell builds, I start at 1866/9, and with prices what they are most of my clients elect 2133 or 2400 and if in budget and they need faster some go even higher

It will work OK, but for 1600 and 1866 basic DRAM, I stick with 1.5 or less as recommended, 2133 and up 1.6-1.65 is perfectly fine.....Thing about 1600 and needing 1.65 may be indicative of them using weak Memory chips better suited to 1066 or 1333 freq sticks, over 90% of all 1600 sticks on the market require 1.5 or less

Well, on PCPartPicker my memory (Kingston Black Series 8GB (2x4GB Modules) DDR3-1600MHz) is within the "Compatability Filter" so I'm not sure what you mean by "the correct memory". I would like to know what you meant by that.

Oh, so the MHz speeds need to be higher? Or do they need to be lower? It says that the recommended speed for the Intel i5-4430 Haswell Processor is 1.5V+5% and the actual memory modules I currently thinking about buying operate at 1.65V, so it exceeds the voltage limit. So, does my voltage NEED to be 1.5V?
