This is going to my first computer build, well I'm going to ask someone to build it for me cause I have no knowledge on computers.

Do you see any problems with putting this together? Like having to move things around or cutting something to make room. And should I change the cpu cooler? It's seems standard for a computer build, but is there something better that isn't too expensive. One last question, do all computer parts include warranty or would I have to pay for it?

If you are going to do extreme overclock its not okay. EVO is good until 4.3/4.4 max, then you will need a better air cooler or water cooling. If you can get noctua NH-D14 is very good and quiet. Im going to get NZXT Hivak 140 as i dont like noctuas design and color.
By the way, get low profile ram so your cpu cooler can fit easily. The rest is fine, but as someone said above, you should get a better power supply. I own a xfx 550w and its very good and silent. You should get 650W/750W if you go with r9 290. I only have 550 cause i use a gtx 770
