I have all the parts for my build except the keyboard and mouse. They wont be here for a week. Would it be okay to finish the build and start up the computer just to make sure it works and then do a cold shut down, since I wont have any way to navigate on-screen, or would it be best to wait until the peripherals arrive in order to avoid a cold shut down?
