I've been downloading programs to monitor my CPU's temp. I have speed fan and this other program Core Temp 0.99. I'm getting two very different reading and I'm not sure which of the programs is faulty or if they even are so just browsing the web i'm at temps of 11 or 8c this is what Core Temp 0.99. is picking up on. now on speed fan it's saying (my CPU or at least i think it's my CPU because it just says temp) is 47c always no matter what sometimes when gaming it hits 48c 49c never goes above. any ideas if 11c or 8c on Core Temp 0.99. sound reasonable I'm not complaining just curious extra details, I am using 670 geforce for graphics the 7850k is purly being used as a cpu, i am using CPU stock amd heat sink fan. i have 2 120mm fans on front pane. l top panle 200mm exhaust fan 2 80mm fan on back panel along with 120 on back panel as well Windows 7 OS

As long as it is not above 55-60 you are good. Your max temperature of a10-7850k is 72.4C. What means is that while gaming your temperature shouldn't be above 55, 60 tops and while idle it should be between 30-40... You shouldn't be worrying if you are getting these temperatures inside BIOS

Also clean your components from dust(once a month, or two months) and change thermal paste every 10months to 1 year... depends when was the last time you changed it

11 and 8 C are way too low temperatures and I think that speed fan shows you more realistic temperatures.. however you can download speccy and check temperature with that software too or just go inside the BIOS and check them there :)
