Want to buy this mobo for my new rig.

Will be inside an Aerocool DS case, coming with 1x200mm front and 1x120mm rear pre-installed fan, I want to better cool it down using 2 more fan on the top.

Gybabyte specs state support for 3 x system fan headers, so can I in some way power four fan?

Solution
I would power them straight from your power supply. Depending on what power supply you have, most have a few 3 or 4 pin connectors and I think all power supplies have molex connectors. And you can buy adapters that go from molex to 3 and 4 pin.

Will buy this one http://

Very good choice of power supply. And it has molex connectors, so you can get a molex to 3 pin or 4 pin, depending on what type the fan has. Some fans use a molex connection instead of a a 3 or 4 pin.

Here is a picture of a molex to 3 pin connection. The molex is on the left and the 3 pin is on the right.

Will need to power

2x Noctua NF-A14 PWM
1x Aerocool Silent Master 200mm
1x Aerocool DS Dead Silence 120mm

Need I a molex?

You have 3 system fan connectors on your motherboard, and then at least another 3 molex connectors on the PSU. So you should be just fine.
