Will my pc stay cool?

Solution
I have the R4 black pearl as well. I am running with one intake and one exhaust (the stock fans). I have no heat issues. If you wanted to max out the fans, you'd need one more in the front and one on the side vent for intake (which I don't think you can do if you have the hyper 212, not 100% sure on clearance), then there is space for 2 more fans at the top of the case for exhaust.

My ambient temps here are pretty cool here, so with one intake and one exhaust all is good.

That CPU usually defaults to 3.8 on turbo and runs cool with stock. If you want to push it past 4.0, get water cooling though. H100i is a great water cooler that I would recommend for going up to/past 4.0

Ok I will probably only overclock to 4ghz, I have a spare 140mm fan lying around, do you think it's worth adding it as a front intake fan? That will be 2x front intake 1x rear exhaust? Thanks for the replies.
