Ok, so I am completely stumped and anyone who can help me would be my hero!

So I had to rebuild my PC from scratch as my last PC was litterally booted across the room. Now I am running a new MSI 970a-g45 with an AMD FX6100 cpu, gigabyte GT 6300 gpu and a Corsair HX850 PSU in an Antec 900 case.

My issues
- I cannot get it to read my DVD RW or my HDD... (No operation system on it, its new as well)

I have gone into the BIOS and everything is setup correctly. as well as I have tried other HDDs and DVD ROMs and 2 other PSUs.

They are all recognized in the BIOS, however when I go to boot from them I get a black screen and a frozen cursor in the top left hand corner then the keyboard and the PC freezes completely.

Please help!

RMA It to MSI, Get it back then sell it.. Theres not really many other options for this... Least I can't think of anything, Maybe a new controller card, but thats going to introduce other problems. RMA it and hope for the best, sell it when you get it back, or try it again, but yeah. MSI :(
