Large Voltage Variation During Prime95

Alright so I haven't overclocked my fx-8350 yet but I wanted to run prime95 just to make sure things were good as they were.
While running it I haven't gotten any errors from prime95 but Asus AI Suite gives warnings about voltages and HWMonitor also shows these voltages.

I'm just wondering what I should do (if anything) about these. The variations seem concerning to me but then again this is my first build and first time I've paid attention to these kind of things in a computer,
Thanks for any and all help!

so if im reading your hw monitor the 12v rail shows a current temp of 12.004v,a low of 5.306v and a high of 12.261v?this is way wrong if this info is true.are you having any problems with the computer?the variations on the 5v rail are way more than ive seen on any psu as well.if ive read this correctly you need a new psu.
