Hello community,

I hope I can get a quick response, but here is my issue. For the last 2 months I have been searching for the answer to my computer problems. In the beginning my computer would just freeze and nothing would work, unless I shut it down and restarted the pc. So after buying a new motherboard, PSU, CPU, and RAM, I needed an upgrade, another problem persists. I don't know if it is still the same problem because now it is actually going to a BSOD and the error code is Whea_Uncorrectable_Error. Now let me explain what I have tried to do to fix the issue.

I don't want to have to do a full installation of Windows 8, but there has been one really weird problem. Lately it has been asking me to upgrade my windows 8 to windows 8.1, but my computer came with windows 8.1 and I am not running an illegally downloaded OS. I have the code taped to the side of my Case to use for windows 8 since it came with it. However, if i put in that code it says it doesn't work. sometimes my computer will go to the windows menu by itself and ask for me to update my pc os. Also some windows features are not available due to this problem.

I have searched online and followed every single fix that has worked for others
I have: Reset my CMOS battery
changed power settings
Gone through multiple virus, malware, rootkit removals
Tested all my hardware with programs, and they have all passed for example, Furmark for GPU pass max setting, Memtest pass, and I can't remember the CPU one, but I passed it. I did notice my CPU used to reach temperatures of 80 degrees celcius while playing so I bought some thermal paste and it now idles at 60 degrees
I have uninstalled certain programs such as soundblaster or Kapersky inter security
I don't think I need any driver updates I have checked
I have updated my Netframework and Microsoft visuals to the best of my ability, same with SQL server packages

My Specs:

I honestly can't figure it out so I have this memdump that I will post

Here is a link to the dump until I can figure out how to open it.
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3JOVncNOLOlNFZrb1FLTmgwcU0/edit

I figured I would post some more specs in case it has to deal with the network driver or the audio drivers messing with each other. because I do have this one thing called quallcom killed Ethernet services that I turned off, but it comes with MSI boards I guess. but it is also possibly a reason for BSOD says the internet. anyways here is extra information.

There is a very good chance that it is just a BIOS bug. You have a new CPU that came out months after your BIOS was released. Your BIOS indicated you were running at 4000 MHz but the max speed was 3800Mhz
I think the BIOS is just old and applying incorrect voltages. (assuming you don't have a over heating/ power supply problem)

- reset your current BIOS to defaults and reconfigure. disable any overclocking / turbo or speed step functions before you attempt to update the BIOS.

Here are some scary images from the pop-up I always get from windows, my event logger critical errors, my startup for windows taskbar, windows update error, and all the Microsoft programs I don't think need all of them but have no idea which ones to delete.

Note: your system shows AODDriver2.sys Tue Nov 20 23:44:04 2012
as being loaded. This is confusing, it is a AMD overclock driver but you have a intel cpu and nvida graphics you might want to remove this driver or find out what it is doing there.

-------
basically this error was generated directly from your CPU when it detected a write error on one of its internal cache memory banks. (see below)

generally this will be a overclocking failure(incorrect voltage, clock frequency), or heating issue. It can also be caused by fluctuation of the power supply.

generally, update BIOS or set them back to defaults to fix. if you have just updated the GPU check to make sure that it has proper power on the secondary power connectors.
Also, make sure your CPU fans are spinning correctly and that the system does not overheat.

I have never overclocked my cpu to my knowledge. What would cause my psu to fluctuate? I have also done default settings to my BIOS several times. My CPU does get hot, but the fan came with the CPU and it works fine. Is there any way to speed it up to keep the CPU cooler?

Note: also install the intel chipset drivers directly from intel. If there is a microcode update for your CPU intel will put the patch in the microcode update in the driver set. (the BIOS manufacture will also pick up the patch and put it in the BIOS) These patches are very common for a new CPU and will correct various mistakes in the logic of the CPU circuits.

Also find and delete the old overclock driver AODDriver2.sys it should not be on your machine. (make sure it is not malware hidden as a overclock driver) even if it is ok, remove it the old driver is bad news for a new CPU that did not exist when the driver was coded.

Ok I flashed my BIOS, deleted the AMD driver, Turned off CPU turbo, but I was never trying to Overclock in the first place. I also changed the CPU frequency to 3800 Mhz. So hopefully it works now, will get back to you soon.
