Hello. I am sorry if this is the wrong forum for this, but I am new. I am making my first PC, and I would like to be able to play decent games (Not really high end gaming, just older ps2 era titles and maybe a few new releases.) and do programming, autoCAD stuff, and streaming/recording.

Here is a link, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CRjMMp.

I put the list together from a few lists and personal input on what i might need more of or less. I do not know much about pcs and I plan on hooking the rig up to an HD TV that my family isnt using.

Like i said, sorry if this is just a massive fail or something, and I mostly just want a decent, reliable pc.

Glad I came here before I bought anything

Thank you for the help.

Wont I need to add a few things to sombers list?

Keep in mind I have no other parts except for the ones I am purchasing save for an OS.

Thank you both for the help.

I cut down on the less important parts such as the case, mouse and cooler for a better psu, gpu, hdd, and ram.

The only thing is that for my build you will have to deal with $75 in mail in rebates. If you find that too annoying, you might want to get a gpu that's one step below what I have or get a cheap keyboard mouse combo from Logitech.
