So I built my first PC 2 months ago, pretty happy with it and now that I got a 4K monitor I want to make sure I have the smoothest graphics in game, so I'm opting for SLI. Here's my current build:

If I'm to get another GTX 770 to SLI, I need to upgrade my PSU as well. My friend kept telling me I shouldnt get a big capacity PSU more than what I needed because of the overhead (?) hence I only got a Corsair CS650M and now it is not enough for me to handle SLI. An estimation of 700ish W for the new SLI set up, so what is the best PSU I could get for it? (I plan to install an AIO CLC to replace the Noctua I have right now as well)

I'm thinking something along the line of Corsair AX850 or Seasonic SS-1050XM, would 1000W be too much? Full modular preferred

Here's my upgraded list of parts:

An extra 8GB RAM, NZXT X61 for placeholder, will replace it with Swiftech H220-X or Fractal Design Kelvin S36 when they release, AX850 and of course the 2nd GTX 770.

Feedbacks appreciated!!

750w+ would give you a good amount of head room without being overkill. Have you thought about selling the 770 and just getting a single faster GPU?

Yes, I have! Was thinking of letting the 770 go, and get 2x 780 or 2x 770 4GB. But I dread selling used PC parts, plus I already ripped the stock fans out of the 770 and replaced with ArcticCooling fans with a T mount to avoid card sagging (damn you ASUS for crappy design)

What would be a great PSU between 750-850W?

generally anything from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic or XFX you cant go wrong with as for a specific model just depends how much you want to spend, how much efficiency you want.. I normally try find a review where they load/ripple/noise test before i buy a psu.
