I'm thinking about building a PC and I'm wondering if anything is bottlenecked, cut me some slack I'm new to building PCs.If anyone has anything that could improve the build that would be great. My price range is 1000-1500$. I only want to use AMD so no Intel please. Also, is it worth it to get SSD? If so please recommend a decent one the still maintains my price range. Lastly for this rig is it recommended I get after market fans, if so should I get NOCTUA?

My build:
HDD/SSD: WD Black Series 1TB
Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990 FX R2.0
Power Supply: Roswell Hive Series-750W Modular 80 plus bronze
RAM: G.SKILL Trident x Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series-H100i
Graphics Card: ASUS Radeon R9 270x 4GB
Case: Corsair Obsidian 450D

Solution
Bottlenecks:

Everything will be waiting for that HDD.

FX8350 is pretty old. Not horrible, but there are much better CPUs in that price range. It will choke on CPU intensive areas of games more than an i5 would.

That's about it. Overall it's going to be a nice rig, even if you don't get an SSD and keep the FX-8350. But really, get an SSD. They are so cheap now there is no excuse for long level load times.
