So this has been going on for a very long time now. This tiny text box appears and negates all my key strokes for that specific program and converts the letter i pressed into Chinese until i quit and restart the program. It mostly happens when I am working on a project in Photoshop or Illustrator and rarely when I play games. Has anyone had this problem before.
