THose games are not demanding at all. 60 fps no prob.
I would say save some bucks on the mobo, but seems like u want to oc.
Suggestions:
R7 250 is pure crap. Get a used 7770 or above.
Change ur psu for a xfx 550 or antec basiq(real cheap)

Thats sooo Unbalanced , Have a look at this ( That will work soo much better )

Hows this? http://pcpartpicker.com/user/qmfosems22/saved/cnhFf7

You can overclock the G3258 on a B85 Motherboard and he can get up to 4.5 Ghz on this motherboard and that Graphics card will get him much more FPS .

Looks fine, No more oc though, which is where the cpu shine, This might cut some performance in the future. A dual core pentium at stock isnt the best.

Yeah thats nice , your case choice is nice.

Can you show me a good build that is worth the price then? Im not sure if I will be oc.

I apologize If I was mean , Most manufacturers enabled OC on even the H-81 Motherboards but they aren't ideal for Overclocking but since the G3258 is a fairly low TDP Processor all of them are fine for overclocking. The Gigabyte B85 is a good motherboard all round , it has front USB 3.0 and 4 RAM Slots .
