So, I bought this laptop 2 days ago and I've decided to play Vindictus. I thought it would run on higher setting easily, hell I even tried medium but the fps is just terrible I mean 40-50 fps in character selection and about 30 or lower fps in cutscenes. I thought the nvidia 870m 3gb could handle this game easily? I mean on my older Lenovo laptop which had 650m GDDR 5 2gb, the game ran much better..... So I came to the obvious conclusion that the game is not using the gt 870m but rather using intel HD 4600.
Things I've tried:
-Run with high nvidia graphic processor.
-Changed the setting in the Nvidia control panel to use Nvidia gpu.
-Re-installed the Nvidia drivers.
-Re-installed the game.
Any help would be much appreciated.
