Building a $1500 SGD GAMING PC FIRST TIME NEED HELP

Hey everyone I'm looking to build a gaming pc around the price of $1500(SGD)
Playing mostly RPG,FPS and MOBA games.
I'm very new at building a pc and have no idea on what I am looking for.

Good build AntonM95. But really good would be paying just 1500(SGD) for it :D 

But seriously. Do you think a Swiftech H220 would be great w/ that entry-level Analog 4+0 PWM phase motherboard?

sorry I didn't see that (SGD) word , I'll change the Build right now :D 
In my opinion it's better than h100 in the same range of price so why not ??

Best futureproof build. Will run any modern games 60fps ultra or very high. Very nice build very quiet and very stylish. Note: There is no keyboard or mouse due to people who have personal preferences to the type of keyboard/mpuse they wat. Also has no wifi adapter. (Wire internet is faster)
