I can't control my fans

Hi i have a phanteks enthoo primo case and idk a lot about fan connections when it comes to connecting that one fan into the hub wich will then let me control fan speeds from my computer itself.
I downloaded speedfan but it doen'y show any controls for my fans,and even in afterburner i can't control my gpu's fan speeds at all,there is just no percentage and the slider is stuck there :/
If you could give me a tutorial i'd be really greatfull since my two R9 295x2's are throtelling and i'd like to make the fans go faster without having to buy a fan controller :/

Yep the fan on the GC is controlled by ati CCC.
All of your other fans should report there speeds if plugged into the four pin headers of the Mobo.
Cpu and chassis fans.

If you are using a Fan control rack system fitted to a Dvd rom bay in the tower all fan settings are done via the rack.
You will not get Rpm speeds and control via the mobo because the rack by passes the fan power and monitoring support of the mobo.

I don't have a Fan Controller on my case,but my two R9 295x2's are throtelling when i'm gaming cause i can't control their fans,no afterburner doesn't work because there is no percentage at all on the gpu fan speed thingy and i can't drag the line or put it to auto,and on settings there is no fan option at all :(

When i download a driver it's only a straight install software...is there a tutorial video that you can find for me :/
Do you mean that it comes in a file on in ccc itself.
Could you explain more in depth please ?

I saw a video where a guy could control the fan speed from the overdrive on ccc but i can't do that,there is no option of fan speed on my ccc :/

That's what i said,i saw people who have the option in there but i personally don't have the fan option.

My ccc is and was on advanced mode always and i tried the old setting and still nothing,i never said it wasn't on advanced :/
