I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm having a really hard time finding answers. I have 3 blue led case fans and one red led case fan. I'm wondering if a mix in a uv led strip and had uv reactive components would it mix together and how bad would the regular leds outshine the uv light?

That really depends how bright the other LEDs are. My LED case fans don't spill much light into the case and without my case lighting on it's quite dark so a UV light would work fine in my case but UV lights/reactive components tend to work best when it's dark so you're probably going to have to make a judgement call as to whether it seems dark enough.
