Can I SLI these 2 GPU's

Solution
Yes you can without a problem. When performing an SLI, the manufacturer and model doesn't matter as long as it is the same series (e.g. Asus 770 and Gigabyte 770 will work). :D

So I can OC the NON superclocked version and make it run at the same speed as the superclocked version ?
Also, the CPU is a fx-8350 @ 4Ghz. It is being cooled by a Hyper 212 EVO but what do you think temps would be at and is there a better choice that i should make and put in a better heatsink. (Must be less than 160mm tall)

The OC version would just slow down to the speed of the slower one. Sorry but it is pretty tough to predict the temps of the CPU. Yes maybe at 60°C.

That seems nice, but it would personally go for G.Skill Ripjaws X for RAM and Samsung Evo for SSD. The PSU is a bad choice. Try Antec, EVGA, SeaSonic, Thermaltake or XFX.

I would guess that the $630 is the price of the PC as is and he's just sticking it there rather than figuring out how to allocate it to the existing parts in the build.

Oh, ahha.
I was to lazy to figure how much each part is "worth" so i just stuck it on the CPU as its the first thing on the list
