Hi guys im completely new to overclocking and what i want is just a stable slight overclocking i dont want any hardcore just to be safe.

Currently what i have is AI suite 3 and all i can access is the thermal radar 2, was trying to play with cpu and dram but was afraid to touch anything aside from the automatic options tried to choose "EXTREME" but nothing happens.

I also tried to overclock via BIOS but the highest OC i could get is 4080mhz lol

Okay so your processor has an unlocked multiplier and... you seem to be running at 800mhz which is about 20% (just an estimate) of what your processor's base clock is supposed to be. Now what.the.hell did you do... Unless I'm reading it wrong. You should only have to adjust a few settings (like turn off power saving) and maybe adjust voltage settings depending on how much you plan to overclock.. and then just change the multiplier. Is there anything I'm missing here?

By the way... if you're going to overclock, do it in the bios. The programs seem to muck up a lot, atleast for me.
