Whenever I try to access the public wifi in the train, the connection is easily established, but the website on which I have to agree to the terms of service won't load.
It just gives an error, saying something along the line of 'connection was reset'.
I don't have this problem with any other public network I used, just this one.
I can access the network on my phone just fine, it's just my laptop
I tried to find the solution online before posting this question, but the solutions I found involve resetting the modem/router, which isn't really an option on a public network
