In reference to my question above stated, am wondering if my tablet could have software installed preventing my access to internet use...( I apologize, I am new at this and do not know what a "thread" is or if I am filling in these areas correctly. so, why or how, would i be blocked from a website? is it the internet provider or the website or 3rd party interference like
