Hey mate yeah prices are pretty high here especially computer parts. Anyways, you heard of PCPartPicker where you place your parts and it will tell you if it's compatible and you may even fond a cheaper deal. Have you also considered MSY?

Instead of the Kingston RAM I would go with G.Skill Ripjaws X Series which has better clearance with a CPU cooler if you plan to install one. But the stock cooler should be fine if you have a locked CPU.

Try Samsun Evo SSD. 120GB or 250GB will be fine and great for booting the OS.

A Platinum certificate PSU is not needed at all unless you are energy efficient a Bromze is good enough.

Yes the computer is future proof for another 3-4 years.
